IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Board of the Alhambra and the Generalife is the only body authorized to sell tickets, so tour operators are subject to the availability offered by said body. For this reason, and especially in times of great affluence, we recommend you book your visit at least one month in advance. Likewise, the information corresponding to the identity document will be mandatory to make the reservation since tickets are nominative and non-transferable. It is mandatory to bring this document on the day of the visit. For more information on the policy of this visit, we recommend visiting our Terms and Conditions section.

If you haven't been able to get a ticket to the Nasrid Palaces, do not worry! The Alhambra offers so much more: sign up for this tour and walk through the beautiful gardens of the monument, with a local and accredited guide who will take you through the Generalife, the Alcazaba and the Palace of Charles V, all in a small group of maximum ten people.

Your guide will meet you at the main entrance of the monument to begin the tour; We will walk through the medina until we reach Calle Real de la Alhambra, where Charles V decided to build a palace that was never finished. We will enter the Alcazaba, an old fortress, dating from the 13th century; It will not just be a military perspective, because in this place we will have the best view of the rest of the Alhambra and the city of Granada.

And we've saved the best for last! Walking along the beautiful Promenade of the Towers we will take you to the Generalife gardens, an old Nasrid countryside palace. Discover spaces that will surprise you such as the Courtyard of the Sultana or the Water Staircase. We will finish our tour back at the main entrance.

At Gazal Tours we are committed to responsible tourism, we will use a radio guide system if the group is made up of four or more people, so that you do not miss any detail of the visit, and to avoid noise pollution. The maximum number of this group will be always 10 people.
