  • The tours that require the purchase of tickets (Alhambra and Albayzín Andalusí) are subject to their availability, offered by the Board of the Alhambra and the Generalife.
  • In the event that there are no tickets available for the requested day or time, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel at no cost if necessary due to lack of availability.
  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable, so it is mandatory to present the original physical document (ID card, passport or driver's license). The absence of it may lead to the ipso facto cancellation of the visit. 
  • Gazal Tours is not responsible for the possible veracity or correctness of the data, the contracting party being directly responsible for all information provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In no case is the amount of the ticket refunded since the management of said tickets is outside the company, belonging directly to the regulations established by the Board of the Alhambra and the Generalife.
  • In case of an error or change in the date outside Gazal Tours, it is necessary to pay the price of a new ticket.
  • Gazal Tours will give a courtesy time of 10 min., after the start time of the tour. In case of not showing up at the time and place indicated, the amount of the visit will not be refunded.
  • In the case of canceling seven calendar days before the day of the visit, the full amount of the visit will be refunded (except that corresponding to tickets to monuments, whose conditions are expressed in the first point of our Cancellation Policy).
  • If you cancel four to six calendar days before the visit, 50% of the total amount of the visit will be refunded (except that corresponding to tickets to monuments, whose conditions are expressed in the first point of our Cancellation Policy).
  • If the cancellation occurs three calendar days before the visit, there will be no refund.
  • To make the cancellation effective, you must request it via email info@gazaltours.com and wait for confirmation.
